Buying or selling a home can come with a lot of questions. Some are big. Some feel too small to ask. And some arrive at the exact moment you thought you finally had everything figured out.

This is a place for those conversations. Bring the questions. A little curiosity goes a long way around here.

A familiar voice in your corner

I’m Stacy Stoll, team lead of the Southern Cross Team at Realty ONE Group Dockside. Our approach starts with education, communication, and getting to know what matters to you. We want you to understand your options and feel comfortable asking why.

We also believe there’s room for personality in this business. You can take someone’s goals seriously, work hard on their behalf, and still share a laugh along the way. That’s very much our style.

Meet the crew behind the name

Our team includes Courtney Blevins, Jessica Hammond, Ryleigh Stacharowski, Shawn Robey, Nate Blackford, Janet Bunting, Renee Christensen, and me. We support each other’s growth and bring that team spirit to the people we serve.

Some readers will be buying their first home. Others will be preparing to sell, relocating to the Grand Strand, or exploring an investment. Your questions and priorities will be different, and your conversations with us should reflect that.

What belongs in this space?

The useful stuff. The things you wish someone had explained sooner. What to discuss before you list. How to put your home wish list into words. What to ask when you’re getting to know a new area.

There’s room here for team introductions, listing stories, and a closer look at local real estate, too. When we share market information, we’ll give it context. A headline on its own can leave you with more questions than answers.

You don’t need to have it all figured out

One of the best places to start is with three simple questions: What do I want to change? What matters most about my next move? And what do I need help understanding?

Your answers don’t have to be polished. “I need more room,” “I’m ready for less upkeep,” and “I’m curious, but I’m not ready yet” are all perfectly good starting points.

Outside of real estate, I’m teaching yoga, golfing with my husband, reading on the beach, or keeping up with our three French Bulldogs. So yes, you can expect a little warmth and a little sass here. But always something worth the read.
